Do you test every batch?
Yes. We don’t just test random samples. Every single batch is tested by an independent third-party lab for purity (HPLC) and mass spectrometry. If it tests under 97% purity, we throw the entire batch away.
What are your shipping cutoffs?
We guarantee fast turnaround times. All orders placed before 5:00 P.M. CST hit our daily cutoff and will be shipped the exact same day.
What are the storage instructions for the vials?
When in lyophilized powder form, store the vials in a cool, dry, and dark place. Once reconstituted, they must be refrigerated at 2°C–8°C.
What is your return policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we only accept returns for unused, unopened products within 60 days of the original purchase date. Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued.
